This Terms of Service is established to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all clients using our services. By booking and using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Article 1: Service Details
・This service is a male-only gay massage service, and it is strictly available for male clients only.
・The session includes a pre- and post-massage shower, deep tissue massage combined with stretching, and a refreshing release. Clients may not request or force the therapist to engage in any activities beyond these listed services.
・Any sexual acts, including mucous membrane contact, are strictly prohibited.
・The service duration is measured from the time the therapist and the client meet until the session is completed and the client leaves.
Article 2: Restrictions on Service Use
Service will be strictly denied to individuals who fall under any of the following categories:
・Females, FTM individuals, or anyone the therapist determines to be female or FTM.
・Individuals with sexually transmitted infections (STIs) or those suspected of having an STI, as determined by the therapist.
・Members of criminal organizations, drug users, or individuals with poor hygiene.
・Intoxicated individuals or anyone the therapist deems unfit to receive the service.
Article 3: Fees & Payments
・Price negotiations and discounts are strictly prohibited.
・The session duration can be shortened or extended after the meeting. However, if shortened, the client must pay for the full session duration that has already been provided.
Article 4: Reservation Changes & Cancellations
If you wish to modify or cancel your reservation, please contact the therapist as soon as possible.
No cancellation fees apply.
However, no-shows or frequent cancellations may result in a permanent refusal of future bookings.
Article 5: Prohibited Activities
Unauthorized recording or eavesdropping is strictly prohibited. If such actions are discovered, the client will be required to present identification, and the matter will be reported to the police immediately.
Article 6: Unauthorized Use of Images & Content
All images, videos, logos, text, and other content (hereinafter referred to as “the Content”) used on this website, social media, and advertisements are the exclusive property of this service.
Clients are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, reproducing, distributing, or uploading the Content to social media, blogs, video-sharing sites, or any other platforms without prior permission.
If unauthorized use is discovered, we will demand immediate removal, and depending on the situation, we may take legal action, including seeking damages.
Article 7: Disclaimer
・The services provided are for relaxation purposes only and do not constitute medical treatment, diagnosis, or any form of healthcare service.
・The effectiveness of the session varies from person to person, and no specific results are guaranteed.
・If you feel unwell after the session, please take appropriate action at your own responsibility.
・The therapist and this service bear no responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or loss of valuables during the session.
・The therapist and this service are not liable for any issues that may arise during hotel outcall sessions. (Some hotels may not permit outcall services.)
Article 8: Amendments to the Terms
・This service reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service as necessary.
・Any changes to the Terms shall become effective upon publication on this website.
Article 9: Governing Law & Jurisdiction
・These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
・Any disputes arising in connection with this service shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the court governing the location of this service.

If a client violates these Terms, the service reserves the right to terminate the session and refuse future bookings at its sole discretion. To maintain a safe and comfortable environment, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
